Why Should a Drug be Illegal or Legal? Part Two: Harm to Others

I’ve investigated the self-harm of different drugs and determined that the self-harm isn’t so great to ban the drugs I looked at. At least when only considering self-harm, I concluded that we should legalize drugs as dangerous as heroin, and let freedom reign!

But what about harm to others? Is the harm to others great enough to justify banning?
